T.M. Enterprises is a division of Rockford Management Services, LLC. We offer conference management to organizations seeking a professional consultative relationship. Our company objective is to help companies and organizations plan and implement their conferences by offering hospitality to everyone who is associated with the conference.

Since 1990 some of the conferences that we have worked on include: The Johannes Hofinger Conference sponsored by the Archdiocese of New Orleans LA; The Great Lakes Pastoral Ministry GATHERING; Form/Reform:The Conference on Environment and Art for Catholic Worship; The Heartland Conference; The Wisconsin Liturgical Conference; The Springfield (IL) Diocesan Adult Education Conference; The 1995, 2007-2008 NCCL Conference; The 1992, 1997 and 2002 North American Forum International Convocation; The North American Forum on the Catechumenate 2000 - 2003 annual seminars; The Marianist Interpovincial Assembly - Society of Mary (Marianists)- 2000; The Small Christian Communities Convocation- 2002 ; The USCCB Sponsored Campus Ministry Programs - Campus Ministry Leadership Institute and Frank J. Lewis Institutes for Campus Ministry Orientation; The Aurora Illinois Deanery- Liturgy & Catechesis Conference; The Great Lakes Ministry ASSEMBLY; and The 2007 University of Dallas Ministry Conference.
We have also worked with the Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH) Annual Conferences from 1998-2004; The Worksite Wellness Council of Illinois- 2003 Well Workplace Reception & Fundraiser, and we have worked with ARB Meetings and Events of New Orleans, LA for a 2006 Emerging Data in the Management of Hepatitis C Dinner Meeting.
Terry Wessels, Director of T.M. Enterprises, also currently serves as the Executive Director of the Catholic Book Publishers Association, providing professional management services to over 100 Publisher, Service and Individual members. Terry is also the co-chair of the Boylan Catholic High School Friends of the Fine Arts and is a Board Member of the Dolores Ruland Center, located in conjunction with Unique Concepts Salon, in DeKalb, Illinois. The Center offers a variety of services to women cancer patients.

Conference Proposal
T.M. Enterprises is designed to provide conference and event management that is tailor-made to the needs of each client.
Our conference proposal provides a listing of our standard services. After consulting with each client, we are able to create a personalized contract, that only compensates for the services that are needed.
