T.M. Enterprises is a division of Rockford Management Services, LLC. We offer conference management to organizations seeking a professional consultative relationship. Our company objective is to help companies and organizations plan and implement their conferences by offering hospitality to everyone who is associated with the conference.
We specialize in working with non-profit organizations in both the religious and health care markets.

T.M. Enterprises is designed to provide conference and event management that is tailor-made to the needs of each client.
Our conference proposal provides a listing of our standard services. After consulting with each client, we are able to create a personalized contract, that only compensates for the services that are needed.

| Terry Wessels, President, Owner of T.M. Enterprises, a division of Rockford Management Services, LLC. T.M. Enterprises was established in 1996, 4 years after starting with Conference Services by Loretta Reif, to continue the conference service management for contracts that were serviced by the soon-to-be retiring Loretta Reif.
In addition to the conference management work, Terry served from Feb 2000 - Dec 2008 as the Executive Director of the Catholic Book Publishers Association, providing professional management services to over 100 Publisher, Service and Individual members. She continues to work with the Association of Catholic Publishers as the Event Manager for the 1st Annual Mid-Atlantic Congress for Professional Leadership - March 8-10, 2012 in Baltimore, MD.
Terry has belonged to the PCMA, RCMA and attended Rejuvenate and other professional development seminars and conference that address all aspects of event management. As an avid reader she received publications such as Convene, Meetings Mid America, Meetings West, Corporate & Incentive Travel, Connect, Successful Meetings, Association Meetings, MC (Meetings and Conventions), Meeting News, along with several Catholic publications that are both in print and also digital subscriptions.
Terry has served as a volunteer, board member and officer of several organizations, including St Rita's Catholic School, Friends of Atwood (Rockford Park District) and co-chair of the Boylan Catholic High School Friends of the Fine Arts. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1979. She enjoys taking continuing education classes in areas from building design and construction to computer programming and website development.

| Jacki Giacone, is the Exhibit Coordinator and Associate Director of T.M. Enterprises. Along with her conference work, she is a liturgist/musician for several parishes in Rockford, IL and serves as part-time choir director for St. Rita Church-Rockford, IL; she has a BA in Music Ed, with an emphasis in piano and voice. She taught elementary music at both public and parochial schools-including the Macomb, IL School District, St Rita and St James in Rockford, until 2002 when she "retired" from teaching to join Terry Wessels in her conference management company.
Involvement in choral and liturgical music has continued since "retiring" from teaching. She has presented workshops at 2 national conferences and cantor workshops, and has cantored at several national conferences. She is a singing member of Elysian Voices in Rockford, IL., and occasional accompanist for Second City Chorus (Men's Barbershop) and performs frequently in local music theater productions.

| Patty Pumfrey, Marketing Consultant and Conference Registrar, is the newest member of our team. Joining the company in Oct. of 2011, she brings her organizational skills, marketing creativity and passion to help others to T.M. Enterprises.
As a longtime employee of one of the leading hair care product manufacturers, Patty’s specialty of working with people and organizing large events was key to her success. She has experience in all aspects of running trade shows, from budgeting, contracting staff to set up and operation of sales booths, to the financial end of monitoring show sales goals, and all aspects in between. She was awarded the innovation award for developing systems that enhance the service end of the hair care industry.
Patty has also owned and operated a successful salon spa which allowed her to tap her marketing creativity. She has developed and implemented industry leading innovative marketing concepts. The salon has been known for its unique promotions. She managed and tracked the growth of 17 employees’, including payroll, individual promotions, and fundraising appearances for local charities.
Her competitive spirit has influenced Patty to take an active role in the local sports clubs, and fundraising. She organized and ran a new concession stand for the local football program, and is leading the organization of the DeKalb Football Family, an organization to support the local athletes ages 8-19 thru involvement that promoted faith, family, community and a healthy lifestyle as well as a mentoring/leadership program.
