Parking: There is free, on-site parking in the CTU parking garage for conference participants.
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, or early departures are not refunded. Cancellations are refunded, minus $8 service charge, only if written notice is received on or before Sept. 15, 2008. Refunds are processed post-conference.

Additional items for purchase:
$3.50 for extra 6" Sandwich and $1.00 for an extra pop.
