For the Archdiocese of San Francisco, the epidemic has reshaped our approach to training. In wanting the best of presenters from throughout the world in meeting our language needs (Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese) TM Conference Services stepped up to help. Working with Terry Wessels of TM Conference Services along with associates Sidecar Productions & Corporate Lighting and Audio far surpassed what we knew and expected. They were certainly honest in their costs and able to work with a diverse group of needs. We were eight arch(dioceses) coming together for the first time to meet the pressing needs of our formation. As ideas presented themselves both Terry and Nick at Sidecar developed models for us to use. The faith formation conference went smoothly because of the professionalism that they brought to the program. They were able to work collaboratively with us and that helped with the pressure we had to bring quality programming to our parish catechetical leaders. I recommend them to anyone who needs to put on a wonderful, professional conference. The Archdiocese of San Francisco will certainly want to use them in our next event. Putting together a conference is a lot of work and time invested. Putting on a virtual conference during a pandemic, where all the organizers are spread out over three states (one an ocean away!) is a miracle! Working with T.M. Enterprises, Sidecar Productions and Corporate Lighting and Audio was an amazing experience. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Communication was always clear and easy. The amount of time they put into working with the organizers, training volunteers, and communicating with vendors and speakers was phenomenal. It was a joy to work with them all, and I would highly recommend their services. I look forward to working with Terry Wessels and all the staff again!

I can’t recommend the team of TM Enterprises, Sidecar Productions and Corporate Lighting and Audio enough! Trying to find a virtual venue for our annual conference, when we had always held traditional in person conferences, really stretched our imaginations. Working closely with Terry Wessels, from TM Enterprises, and Nick Steffey with Sidecar Productions, I don’t recall the words of "you can’t do that” ever being said. Instead they listened, gave ideas, and delivered! Terry’s years of experience and relationships with potential presenters and exhibitor/sponsors helped to excite people into wanting to be a part of the event. Nick’s expertise with technology and web design, gave us a unique dashboard that engaged participants in various ways. The team at Corporate Lighting and Audio were always there with tech issues for presenters and exhibitors/sponsors. Their willingness to set time aside ahead of the event to ensure everyone was comfortable with the technology, made for a very smooth conference with little technology glitches. It was like having a team of Guardian Angels in the cloud with us! This is a dynamic combination of talented people who will help deliver the best experience for your attendees!

The Diocese of Honolulu is both remote and widespread. We are comprised of the six major islands of the State of Hawaii, spread across approximately 300 miles in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. As such, it is quite often cost-prohibitive for us to host nationally renown Catholic speakers. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for and confidence in Terry Wessels of TM Enterprises, Nick Steffey of Sidecar Productions and the team at Corporate Lighting & Audio. Everyone in our Diocese was so disappointed to learn that our annual in-person Conference 2020 was cancelled. I was asked again and again, ‘Can’t we do something?’ A virtual conference was our only option but it needed to be different from – and better than – our usual Zoom meetings and classes. Terry Wessels and her team were up for the challenge! Terry’s years of working as a Conference planner helped her to envision what people might expect and then challenge us, as the planners, to stretch our own imaginations to help make it happen. The planning, advising, preparing and developing the registration and hosting platform, providing tech support, all of this afforded us access to top-notch speakers, vendors, publishers, music and other content. The amazingly smooth operation of the Conference itself as we ‘walked’ from one workshop or prayer experience to the next made it almost seem like we were in the hallways together. In person or virtual, I will definitely be working with Terry and her team again!!

Never say never! A time of pandemic has pushed our mission Diocese of Reno - and truly, all dioceses - into new arenas to accomplish faith formation and support of our generous people in ministry. For the Diocese of Stockton this has been a great experience. The Stockton diocese is small which equates to a small budget, therefore the collaboration with seven dioceses in region 11 gave the community of Stockton an opportunity we would not have been able to offer on our own. More importantly was the organization of this challenging yet innovative gathering. The support, guidance and professional experience of T.M. Working collaboratively with the Region XI team on Hope Heal Renew 2020 , guided by the technical and professional leadership of Terry Wessels, from TM Enterprises, and Nick Steffey with Sidecar Productions who so generously shared the gifts of their skills and knowledge, helped to make our virtual event successful for us as a planning team and affordable for all who participated in the virtual event they helped create.
